Joshua H. Levine
Mr. Levine joined the Board in June 2018 and is currently President & Chief Executive Officer of Accuray Corporation, a publicly listed manufacturer of radiation oncology systems. Mr. Levine brings extensive experience from a career spanning three decades in the medical device industry with an emphasis in commercial operations leadership, strategic business development, and general management roles. He has been the President & CEO, and a director of two other publicly traded healthcare firms, including Mentor Corporation, a surgical implant/medical device manufacturer in the aesthetics space from 2004 to 2009, and prior to joining Accuray, with Immucor Corporation, a diagnostics manufacturer of automated instrumentation and reagents used in blood transfusion procedures. Mr. Levine holds a B.A. from the University of Arizona.
Jonathan A. Kennedy
President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Jonathan Kennedy has served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Natus since July 2018. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Kennedy served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since April 2013 and served as General Manager of Natus’ Newborn Care Business Unit from April 2017 to February 2018. Before joining Natus, Mr. Kennedy was Chief Financial Officer of Intersil Corporation, a global semiconductor manufacturer, since 2009. Prior to that, he was Intersil’s Corporate Controller since 2005. Before joining Intersil, Mr. Kennedy held management roles in Finance and Information Technology with Alcon Inc., a manufacturer of medical devices and pharmaceuticals for the ophthalmic industry and Harris Corporation, a diversified global technology company. Mr. Kennedy served on the Board of Directors of Iradimed Corporation a manufacturer of MRI compatible medical devices from 2016 to 2019. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida.
Lisa Wipperman Heine
Ms. Heine joined the Board in June 2018 and is currently Chief Executive Officer of PreCardia, Inc., an early stage, private company focused on the treatment of acute decompensated heart failure. Prior to joining PreCardia, she was Chief Operating Officer at Mitralign, Inc., a venture backed innovator of transcatheter heart valve technologies. Prior to joining Mitralign, she was the Founder and Principal at deArca Strategic Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm focused on helping medtech companies assess, develop and execute strategies related to market opportunities and technology adoption. Lisa has also served in multiple leadership roles at Covidien, Inc., including Global Vice President of Medical Affairs for Vascular Therapies. During her tenure at Covidien, she helped drive the strategy in support of a $1.7B business and was also responsible for leading the strategy and operations of Clinical Affairs, Healthcare Economics, Policy and Reimbursement and Medical Education functions. Lisa also currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Surmodics Inc. She received her undergraduate degree from St. Olaf College and graduate degree from the University of Manitoba.
Alice D. Schroeder
Alice Schroeder serves on the board of Quorum Health Corporation and Prudential plc. She chairs the Quorum Health audit and compliance committees and serves on its nominating and governance committee. She also serves on the Prudential plc audit committee and on its risk committees. From February 2016 until December 2018, Ms. Schroeder chaired Bank of America Merrill Lynch International's (“BAMLI”) audit committee and served on its governance committee.
Ms. Schroeder was CEO and chair from 2014-2017 of WebTuner Corp., a Seattle-area software developer, through its turnaround and exit through sale in May 2017. Formerly, she was a Managing Director in the equities division of Morgan Stanley, leading the global insurance research team, and before that at PaineWebber and CIBC Oppenheimer, spending nearly two decades on Wall Street. She began her career as a CPA with Ernst & Young and spent two years as a project manager at the Financial Accounting Standards Board, overseeing the issuance of several key accounting standards for the insurance industry.

Thomas J. Sullivan
Tom Sullivan has served as President and CEO of A&E Medical Corporation since 2018. From 2011 to 2018, Mr. Sullivan served as President and CEO of two public companies: Symmetry Surgical, Inc., a medical device company serving the Neuro and General Surgery markets, and its predecessor, Symmetry Medical, Inc., a leading global contract manufacturer of surgical instruments, sterilization cases and trays, and orthopedic implants. Prior to joining Symmetry Medical in 2011, Mr. Sullivan was President, Supply Chain & Business Processes, Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc.; President of Depuy Orthopeadics, Inc., a Johnson & Johnson Company; and President of Johnson & Johnson Medical Products Canada. Mr. Sullivan began his career at Johnson & Johnson in 1990 in the areas of strategic planning and operations. Mr. Sullivan graduated as a Palmer Scholar from The Wharton School in 1991 where he earned an MBA in Strategic Management and Management Information Systems. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh.
Currently, Ilan Daskal holds the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc.
Over his career Mr. Daskal has held numerous senior financial roles and CFO positions at both public and private companies that include Lumileds, International Rectifier Corporation and Infineon. Mr. Daskal also served on the Board of Directors of Ixia.
Mr. Daskal holds a Masters in Finance degree from City University of New York and a BB in Accounting from Tel-Aviv College of Business in Israel.
